Two Lakefront Cabins just minutes to Nakusp on the Arrow Lakes. Ideal for 2 families or couples who wish to enjoy all that The Arrow Lakes have to offer. These two identical cabins sit adjacent to each other and both have prime views of the lake. Each cabin has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, open kitchen, dining and living area and large windows with views of the lake. In additional to the approximately 480 square feet inside each cabin, there is a nice size (122 sq ft) covered balcony out front overlooking the lake. The property is just over a ¼ acre with a nice open grassy area leading down to beach. The property has 85 feet of private relatively rocky waterfront with the ability to launch a canoe or small boat nearby. There is a nice little pebble beach area and southwest exposure. Behind each cabin there is room to park a boat trailer or vehicle, covered gazebo/deck by lake, shared beach, storage, BBQ area, water and septic. The property is part of a small bare land strata. The strata is a very respectful group who collectively look out for one another. The cabins can be rented seperate, though preference will be given to persons wanting to rent both for the same week.

Nakusp (population: 1,524) (Property is minutes to town centre) A small friendly village on the shores of the Arrow Lake. Flanked by the Selkirk and Monashee mountain ranges, Nakusp is the product of a rich history dating back to the Silvery Slocan mining boom of the 1890s. Since then, industries have come and gone, but locals have stayed for the incredible quality of life here. Today, Nakusp and the Arrow Lakes have much to offer to all visitors: from beautiful scenery and relaxing Hot Springs, to a multitude of outdoor and indoor activities. Some of the amenities in town include: gas, groceries, hardware store, personal shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, accommodations, laundry mat, info centre, library, taxi, waterfront promenade, liquor store, bakery, farmer’s market every Saturday.
